dreams QUESTION from savannah March 13, 2000 HI AGAIN, THANK YOU FOR YOUR REPLY I HAVE TAKEN DOWN BOTH THE PRAYERS FOR ABORTIONS AND PROTECTION. THE REASON I AM POSTING YOU AGAIN IS BECAUSE THE OTHER NIGHT I HAD A REALLY WIERD DREAM AND I WAS HOPING MAYBE YOU COULD TRY AND EXPLAIN IT TO ME. RECENTLY I HAVE BEEN READING UP ON DEMONS AND SPIRITUAL WARFARE AND HAVE BEEN ON AFEW SITES TO DO WITH WITCHES etc. HOWEVER THE OTHER NIGHT I WAS HAVING A REALLY HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE WHEN SOMETHING OR SOMEONE CAME TO ME IT WAS A REALLY CALM EXPERIENCE IT HAD WHITE ALL AROUND IT AND TOLD ME TO STOP READING THOSE BOOKS (the ones that i have been reading) AND PUT THE BIBLE IN MY HAND AND SAID YOU SHOULD BE READING THIS IF YOU WANT ANYTHING TO READ. THE REASON I HAVE BEEN READING ALL THESE BOOKS IS BECASUE I LOVE WRITING AND I AM TRYING TO WRITE A FICTIONOUS SCRIPT OR TV SERIES, AND NOW I DON'T KNOW WHETHER I SHOULD STOP READING THEM, IT IS NOT THAT I WANT TO CHANGE MY RELIGION OR BELIEVE IN ANYTHING ELSE I BELIEVE IN GOD AND NOTHING COULD CHANGE THAT. BUT IF THAT DREAM WAS TELLING ME TO STOP I DON'T WANT TO GO AGAINST WHAT WHAT GOD IS TRYING TO TELL ME. I HOPE THAT THIS MAKES SENSE.

I am sorry, I cannot really read your message when it is in all CAPS. The instructions on the Q & A Forum specifically mention avoiding all CAPS. That is because it is hard to read and with my eyes acting up on me the past month or so, I can barely see the message at all.
In trying to see the message it appears that you have been reading occult books and had a dream of a person in white telling you to stop it -- or something to that effect.
I imagine that person in white was an angel and the advise he gave your TAKE.
Excuse my bluntness here, but the old, I'm writing a novel bit, is the oldest and perhaps MOST used excuse in the book to rationalize and excuse one's desire to indulge in the curiosity of the occult.
You have no business reading these occult books -- even for preparation for a alleged novel. The more of that crap you put into your brain, the more Satan will have to work with to sift you like wheat. This is why St. Paul tells us to guard our senses. Think upon that which is pure and excellent. The occult doesn't qualify.
You play in Satan's sandbox you WILL be burned by the sand and you WILL come away with Satan's sand in your shoe.
There are billions of other topics to write about. Choose a life affirming topic, stay away from the occult.
Heed the warning of the angel that came to you.
