We ship most orders within 24-48 hours, unless they require personalization. We have large distribution centers in Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Tennessee and we ship orders every Monday through Friday. Although it depends on the originating warehouse and destination of the package, our typical delivery timeline is between 2-5 days once the package leaves our warehouse.
We ship orders the most cost-effective way and pass those savings onto you, our customers. Most orders dispatch via UPS Ground or FexEx Ground, based on the weight and destination of the order. Occasionally for orders under 1 lbs. we will ship USPS First Class Mail. We offer Standard shipping at a rate of $5.99 per order for all orders $74.99 and under. All orders over $75 will qualify for free shipping. We do have options for faster shipping, but please send us a message before purchasing and we can discuss details and pricing. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email immediately upon our warehouse shipping your order. During checkout we also offer the ability to enter a phone number to receive SMS/text messages regarding shipment details (carrier rates may apply). This email/text will contain a clickable tracking link to the carrier's website, where you can follow along the location of your package while its in transit.

You will also be able to track your order within your account under your order history. You will receive an email/text notification when your package is 'Out for Delivery', and you will receive another notification when your package is 'Delivered'. All shipments will have detailed tracking information.

If for any reason you need to cancel or change an order, orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. To cancel an order, customers should send an email to our Customer Service team stating their intention to cancel the order. Only orders cancelled within 24 hours will be issued a full refund under this policy. Because we process and ship most orders within 24 hours, all other requests will be treated as returns and subject to the Return Policy.

To ensure your return gets processed, please contact us to receive an Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). We will send you an RMA form to include in your return package. If your return is after 14 days from order date, get in contact with us via email at and we will respond to you within 24 hours.
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported on if you have those checkout options set up on your mobile device or internet browser.
