Monastries QUESTION from cagri yilmaz on October 23, 2001 Dear Sir,
I am interested to spend some time in a catholic monastry to experiance the monastic life. I am living in the UK. Do you know any active catholic monastries in the UK? (Please provide the web addresses as well if possible)

If you contact the Vocations Director at the offices of your Diocese they should have a directory that lists monasteries in your area.
You can also do a web search on Google (www.google.com) and search on the keywords: monasteries and UK
