Contact Privately The Flight into Egypt: Virtues of St. Joseph January 7th, 2010 Listen Now
St. Joseph’s fortitude and obedience teaches us that we must trust in God when times are difficult. Our Father gives us the help we need to bare any heaven burden. Posted in Epiphany, Obedience, Will of God | Tags: | No Comments
Stretch Out Your Hand September 7th, 2009 Listen Now
God does not ask us to do the impossible. He always gives us the grace to do whatever He calls us to do. He gives us the grace to be saints. We need to reach out our hand, like the man with the withered hand in today’s Gospel. When we do what we can, God will make up for whatever is lacking. That reaching out can be small. With Christ our power resides in what is small. Posted in Faith, Healing, Obedience, Ordinary Time | Tags: | No Comments
Invoking our Saviour January 2nd, 2010 Listen Now
We should approach Our Lord in friendship and trust. We call friends by the Christian names. There is no greater friend than Jesus, thus we should call Him by His first name — Jesus. Posted in Christmas Season, Love, Obedience | Tags: | No Comments
St. Michael the Archangel September 29th, 2009 Listen Now
The Archangel St. Michael is the protector of the Church and helps us fight the devil. The devil said to God, I will not serve. Thus, he was kicked out of heaven. The devil’s goal is to rob God’s children of the grace given to them. We need to avoid sin, resist the devil, and say to God, Jesus, I have no other ambition than to serve you. The Power of Obedience September 2nd, 2009 Listen Now
The Bible tells us the God prefers obedience to sacrifice. Obedience strengthens us and makes us fruitful. When Peter obeyed Jesus and went back out to the deep waters after spending all night fishing with no result, he caught huge numbers of fish. When we are the end of our rope, obedience to our Lord to keep going will give us the strength to keep going. Posted in Obedience, Ordinary Time | Tags: | No Comments St. Michael Time
