Spiritual Warfare Forum: Harry Potter
Harry Potter QUESTION from Robert Kunzinger on November 8, 2001 There is a growing problem with the acceptance of Harry Potter in the public schools and media which in turn mocks Christians protesting the use of these books in schools and in Church groups. What sources of books and movies can you recommend to help parents embroiled in battles with local schools and even teachers using the books in their classrooms and denying parental concerns. I have read of your involvement with the occult and know you are aware first hand of the language of the occult, spells, demons, etc., which are also found in these books. As Catholics, we are seriously failing our children by not enlightening ourselves of the dangers they are being exposed to, and by not being educated by our priests and pastors to the dangers of these books which our children need to know from Church authorities. Any suggestions on sources for informing parents on how to fight this problem and enlighten others is appreciated.
