It is not possible for me to know what this phrase means without knowing the person who invented the phrase.
It is not unusual for people in Spiritual Warfare to invent terms and phrases to better help people understand the issues or the theories being presented.
Thus there is no standard glossary of terms.
However, taking the phrase at face value I would presume it means what it says, that it refers to the Point of Contact with something. Since we are talking about Spiritual Warfare this would likely refer to the point of contact a person has with a demon, perhaps during a ritual.
