Same question for Canticle of Mary, same question for Prayer, as in the proper of season. I have guide, but unable to determine where these are or where to look.

ANSWER by John-Paul Ignatius, O.L.S.M. on September 7, 2000 Dear George:
The Canticles in all editions are located in the Ordinary which is located between the Proper of Seasons and the Four-week Psalter. The Ordinary is where you find the Order of the Office, sort of like the Order of Mass in a missal -- an outline of the Divine Office.
In the edition you have -- the One Vol, Catholic Publishers edition, the Canticles are located on page 691 and 696. These will also be located on the little leaf insert that comes with the book (in all additions)
In the One Vol, Daughters of St. Paul edition, the Canticles are located on pages 539 and 544.
When it says, Prayer as in the Proper of Seasons or the Antiphons as in the Proper of Seasons that means you need to go to the Proper of Seasons (at the beginning of the book) and find the appropriate page for the date. (for example, the Wednesday of the 1st Week of Lent is on page 278 in the Catholic Publishing One Vol, edition, and use the prayer and/or antiphons list there instead of the ones used in the Psalter.
God Bless.
