The Our Father & the Name of God

Listen Now In the Lord’s Prayer, Jesus teaches that we can call God, daddy. We learn that we are His children and thus we need to struggle to behave as his worthy children. Hallowed be His name. We are to treat the name of God with respect and honor. This is the first of seven petitions of the Our Father. If we love God, we will sincerely love his holy name. We will be discussing more of the Our Father, tomorrow and on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of next week.
