While we will discuss on issues of gun control, which arise when tragedies like this happen, to far more important focus is on prayers for those killed and for their families. Our prayers will also include comments from Pope Benedicet XVI and a blessing that the Pope gave to all those involved. In all of this sorrow and tragedy, we must also remember that Christmas is the joyous celebration of the Nativity of our Lord God, Jesus. It is because of this God-child that heaven is open to receive these twenty children, the others killed in this massacre, and to us all. Show Notes: References:
