Canadian Medical Association & Canadian Government Thursday, July 1th, 2010 The Canadian Medical Association in inducted into the Hall of Shame because of their shameful and murderous decision to to support the idiotic Criminal Code in that country which declares that a baby is not a human being until after it is born. What is the baby before birth? A chicken that miraculously becomes a human being at birth. There can be no thought more stupid and more unscientific than this. The Canadian Government is also inducted into the Hall of Shame for creating a law that condones murder and robs unborn babies if the dignity of being human. Here is the story from LifeSiteNews… Canadian Medical Association: babies not human until after birth by Peter Baklinski OTTAWA, 16 August, 2012 (LifeSiteNews.com) The largest association of doctors in Canada, in an attempt to stonewall a looming abortion debate from being unleashed, voted yesterday to support the wording of the country's Criminal Code which states that a baby becomes a human being only after being born. Pro-life doctors and leaders have condemned the move as shameful', unethical', and defying parody'. Delegates to the Canadian Medical Association's annual general council voted on the motion so as to prevent what they called a backdoor attempt to reopen the abortion debate. They voted to pass, says a CMA report on the meeting, a resolution supporting the current wording of the Criminal Code which states that a child becomes a human being within the meaning of this Act when it has completely proceeded, in a living state, from the body of its mother¦' Canadian Physicians for Life condemned the CMA's move, saying that every Canadian doctor knows that the unborn child is a live human being. Dr. Will Johnston, president of Canadian Physicians for Life in a statement emailed to LifeSiteNews pointed out the hypocrisy of the Canadian Medical Association which has a long-established policy of supporting the killing of human life through abortion. CMA delegates worry about children not exercizing enough or not wearing bicycle helmets, while over one hundred thousand children go missing from our playgrounds every year because they were killed by abortion. The mismatch between this problem and yesterday's conversation from the CMA annual general meeting defies parody, he said. Dr. John Shea, MD FRCP(C), told LifeSiteNews from his home in Toronto that the delegates to the CMA meeting should be ashamed of themselves for failing to recognize when human life begins. The biological fact is what counts here, which is when the ovum and the sperm unite, a single-celled human organism is formed. Period. This organism is a human being, a person at the single-cell stage. From that point in time he or she has rights. Anybody who denies that fact is denying biological reality; they are lying. Conservative Member of Parliament Steve Woodworth filed a motion in the House of Commons last February to establish a special committee to consider when human life begins. He called for Parliament to re-examine section 223 of the Code, a 400-year-old provision inherited from British common law, that stipulates a child only becomes a human being when it has completely proceeded, in a living state, from the body of its mother. Section 223 is, purely and simply, a law that says some human beings are not human beings, said Woodworth at that time. Dr. Johnston called Section 223 of the code our profession's biggest shame and biggest headache. It is a disastrous public policy which does far more harm than good. Pro-life groups across the country rejoiced in Woodworth's motion, hoping that it might provide a foundation to offer protection to unborn children in the womb. Prime Minister Stephen Harper has pledged to vote against the motion when it comes up, calling it unfortunate that the motion was deemed votable by an all-party committee of the House. Woodworth's motion has been postponed till the fall. Jim Hughes, president of Campaign Life Coalition, told LifeSiteNews that CMA's motion just shows the sorry state of the leaders of the CMA who have drifted so far from the oath of Hippocrates. The Hippocratic Oath, originating in 5th century BC, was until recently sworn by those who practiced the healing arts so that they would do so ethically and honestly. At one point in the oath, doctors swear that they will not give a woman medicaments to cause an abortion. Nancy Pelosi, Minority Leader, U.S. House Thursday, July 1th, 2010 We induct Nancy Pelosi into our Hall of Shame because, well, because she is Nancy Pelosi. This woman is responsible for Obamacare, a plan rejected by more than 70% of the people of the United States, thinks returning Veterans may be a terrorist risk, unabashedly supports killing babies, and is perhaps the stupidest Congress(wo)man we have had in 100 years. Pelosi is well-known for her bone-headed remarks that makes us wonder if she has the IQ to be in Congress (and that is saying something), but yesterday takes the cake. In response to the likely passing of Protect Life Act, Pelosi said during a press conference on October 13, 2011, that Republicans who voted for a pro-life bill were voting to let women die on the floor. For this off-the-charts idiocy Nancy Pelosi not only makes it to our Hall of Shame but is also given the Stupid Is as Stupid Does Award for the 20th and 21st Century. Think we exaggerate? Listen for yourself: In a blog comment one person said, She is an embarrassment to every rational human. Since she claims to be Catholic, we might say that she is an embarrassment to every Catholic, but that is giving her too much credit. Any pretense to Catholicism is just that, a pretense. Her support and facilitation of intrinsic evil has surely brought her an automatic excommunication long ago. We are only amazed, well maybe not, that the media does not shut her down when she makes such stupid remarks. This one yesterday far surpasses any stupid remark ever made by a Republican. Kansas Supreme Court & Co-conspirators Thursday, July 1th, 2010 The Kansas Supreme Court & their Co-conspirators (prosecutors and the Kathleen Sebelius administration) are inducted into the Hall of Shame for their attempts to halt Kansas Attorney General Phill Kline’s investigation of possible crimes by Planned Parenthood, turning the media against him, and attempting to end his legal career. This is a case of government corruption and the abuse of power that illustrates how far Progressives will go to secure their fundamental change of American and create a New World Order, a Brave New World. German Courts and Government Thursday, July 1th, 2010 The German government is inducted into our Hall of Shame for the promotion of the Culture of Death. A German Court ruled that active and direct euthanasia (which is murder) is legal. Here the story:
German Court Legalizes Euthanasia By Hilary White BERLIN, June 25, 2010 (LifeSiteNews.com) In a surprise move, the German Federal Court of Justice has legalized direct euthanasia, ruling that an attempted direct euthanization of a comatose woman was not unlawful since she had given consent. The expressed wishes of the patient … justified not only the end of treatment via the withholding of further nourishment but also the active step of ending or preventing the treatment she no longer wanted, the court said. The ruling in the case of Erika K overturns a previous conviction for manslaughter of a lawyer who advised the daughter of a comatose woman in her 70s to cut her mother's feeding tube with a pair of scissors, after nursing home staff had refused to remove it. A lower court acquitted the daughter of killing her mother because she had mistakenly followed her lawyer’s advice. The lawyer, Wolfgang Putz, was convicted and given a nine month suspended sentence. The government prosecutor had been asking the court for a stronger sentence. Putz's lawyer had argued that the use of a gastric tube is forced treatment that the daughter had a right to terminate according to the known will of her mother. Although Chancellor Angela Merkel has previously stated that she opposes any form of assisted suicide, the decision was welcomed by her government. Justice Minister Sabine Leutheusser-Schnarrenberger said, In a difficult phase of life, wills by patients provide safety for patients, relatives, doctors and nurses. The will freely formulated by a human being must be respected in all circumstances of life. In countries that have already legalized euthanasia, such safeguards as living wills are often cited by euthanasia campaigners as means of avoiding abuse of power by doctors and nurses. Nevertheless, reports from Belgium and the Netherlands increasingly show that patients are regularly being killed without any form of consent. In May this year, a report published in the Canadian Medical Association Journal found that over 30% of reported euthanasia cases in one region of Belgium were carried out without the consent of the patient. In 2003, the Netherlands became the first country in the world after the downfall of the Nazi regime to legalize euthanasia. In the last two years, they have seen a sudden rise in euthanasia cases, with 2636 reported euthanasia deaths in 2009, a 13% increase from 2008. In 2005, one study estimated that cases of involuntary euthanasia, in which doctors do not follow the legal procedure to gain consent of the patient or family, account for about 550 deaths in the Netherlands each year. Dr. Els Borst, the former Dutch health minister and deputy prime minister who guided the country's euthanasia law through parliament, has lamented the increase in euthanasia cases and said that it has effectively destroyed the country's palliative care system. The issue of direct euthanasia of disabled patients is particularly sensitive in Germany, whose National Socialist regime carried out mass killings of patients in the years building up to the Second World War. In the so-called Aktion T-4 program, the government sanctioned the killing of thousands of orphans and mentally ill and disabled patients in the care of the state who were considered life unworthy of life. Many of the children faced death by starvation.

St. Louis Board of Aldermen Thursday, July 1th, 2010 The St. Louis Board of Aldermen are inducted into the Hall of Shame for their recent legislation, which makes them effectively a Death Squad, criminalizing businesses, landlords, and even the Catholic Church because of discrimination against those who have had abortions or are planning an abortion, and against those who advocate for reproductive health, reported LifeSiteNews today. Ordinance 70459 established pregnancy and reproductive health decisions as protected classes. LifeSiteNews reports, Archbishop Carlson called the passage of Ordinance 70459 a terrible moment for St. Louis. As a city resident and the leader of the oldest organized religion in the region, I am outraged that the City of St. Louis Board of Aldermen has now enshrined into law an ordinance which creates a ‘sanctuary’ for the despicable practice of abortion, he said in a public statement. In a statement published on the Archdiocese website, Archbishop Robert J. Carlson reiterated that the archdiocese will not comply with a St. Louis ordinance that violates religious freedom. The St. Thomas More Society has file a law suit on behalf of the St. Louis Archdiocese and several other organizations and businesses on the basis that the ordinance violates violates Constitutional free speech, freedom of religion, the right to expressive association, due process and equal protection, as well as several state laws, including the Missouri Religious Freedom Restoration Act. In a press release, the Thomas More Society said, This ordinance does not exempt individuals with sincere religious, moral or ethical objections to abortion from its requirements in any way, and even for qualifying religious organizations, the exemption for employment ¦ is extremely limited ¦ vague and undefined, Thomas More Society Special Counsel Sarah Pitlyk said. That is unconstitutional, and directly violates both federal and state law. The ordinance forbids Christian organizations and individuals whose teachings hold abortion to be a grave sin, from refusing to sell or rent property to individuals or corporate organizations that promote or provide abortions and the city seeks to compel private businesses to include abortion coverage in their employee health plans, despite sincere objections by (Christian) company owners. Fort Lauderdale Thursday, July 1th, 2010 The City of Fort Lauderdale is inducted into the Hall of Shame for passing a law that prohibits feeding the poor in public. This law recently resulted in the arrest of two ministers and a 90-year Arnold Abbott who previously won a lawsuit against the city about feeding the homeless on the beach. The men face up to 60 days in jail and a $500 fine. Given the fact that the Mr. Abbott won a lawsuit in a similar matter, it appears the City of Fort Lauderdale in digging in to save face. In any event, the City is heartless in this matter and should be chastised. Contact the Mayor: (954) 828-5003 Read the rest of this entry » Tags: Posted in Government | No Comments »

Boston Mayor Thomas Menino Thursday, July 1th, 2010 Boston Major and Boston’s head pervert, Thomas Menio, is inducted into our Hall of Shame for his ridulous stance to try to keep the company Chick-Fil-A out of Boston. Who has every heard of a mayor trying to keep business out-of-town? The Major’s statements and intent is nothing more than abject bigotry and discrimination, something of which he accuse Chick-Fil-A. emm, can we spell hypocrite? But, then liberals are hypocrites by nature. Here is the story: Boston Mayor Menino wants to keep pro-marriage Chick-fil-A out of town by Peter Baklinski BOSTON, Massachusetts, July 23, 2012 (LifeSiteNews.com) – Mayor Thomas Menino has vowed to block Chick-Fil-A from setting up shop in Boston after the president of the fast food chain recently confirmed his company's stance against same-sex marriage'. The Mayor's position is just stupid and unconstitutional, said Brian Camenker, who heads MassResistance, to LifeSiteNews. You can't just discriminate against a business and force it out of town because you happen to disagree with where the owner of the business gives his money. Mayor Menino, who has been hailed by homosexual groups as the most pro-gay politician in the country for his efforts that imposed homosexual marriage' on Bostonians, told the Boston Herald last week that Chick-fil-A doesn't belong in Boston. You can't have a business in the city of Boston that discriminates against a population, he said. Camenker pointed out, however, that Chick-fil-A doesn't discriminate against anybody and called the mayor's word's nasty and vindictive for putting up road blocks to keep this restaurant from being in Boston. Chick-fil-A defended itself in a statement last week, pointing out that the Chick-fil-A culture and service tradition in our restaurants is to treat every person with honor, dignity and respect – regardless of their belief, race, creed, sexual orientation or gender. Dr. Richard Land, president of the Southern Baptist Convention's Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission (ERLC), told LifeSiteNews that the best solution to the mayor's condemnation of Chick-fil-A is for people who believe in traditional marriage and people who believe in a traditional moral lifestyle, to eat more chicken. No one elected him emperor. No one elected him the food czar of Boston, he said. I would say that it's up to the people of Boston to decide what kind of restaurants they want in Boston, not the Mayor. The people of Boston ought to be free to choose which restaurants they want to patronize. And restauranteurs ought to be free to put their restaurants in the cities where the consumers want them. Land said that he and his family go out of our way to be customers at Chick-fil-A because of their pro-traditional family stance. I certainly wouldn't put up with this if I was a resident of Boston. I would be protesting the people depriving me of the right to have Chick-fil-A, he said. Contact Information: Thomas M. California Governor Jerry Brown Thursday, July 1th, 2010 Democratic California Governor Jerry Brown is inducted into our Hall of Shame for signing into law a mandate that all business signing contracts of $100,000 or more with the State of California must provide benefits to same-sex marriage partners of homosexual employees. In signing the aggressive anti-discrimination law, Governor Brown has instead created legal discrimination against those who do not believe homosexual unions are valid or morally licit. Businesses and their employees will be forced to either violate their consciences by accepting the conditions of the mandate, or else forego opportunity to contract with the State of California. This is the latest in a string of efforts made by Brown to undermine traditional values and promote homosexual rights in California.
