Are you aware of any listing of all the old Testament curses and their consequences?

I am not aware of a list being compiled of all the curses in the Old Testament, but that is an interesting idea.
Perhaps I will have my assistant who is reading this answer too begin some research on that score and compile a list.
As for copnsequences, the intended consequence will be whatever the curse is calling for. The Actual Consequence may be totally different since our Guardian Angels, God, Mary, the Saints, our Friends, and our own prayers and devotions may deflect the curses. If we wear the Armor of God (Eph 6) we can deflect the flaming arrows of the devil.
The curses in the Old Testament that are given by God are actually judgments. They will come about with certainty according to the nature of the curse, or may be deflected if certain criteria are met as outlined by God.
