It is the point in time when a man-made machine becomes intelligent. From there on, machines will evolve at a rate that will be astounding, similar to the Cambrian explosion in animal life. Thats as far as I'm going with the technology aspect.... When I ask about the apocolypse scenerios, I usually get a response like '2014' or '2010'. Also, the Mayan calendar stops about this time. The anti-chirst, I suspect, is supposed to appear around this time. He will seem friendly and such, and be a friend to all man-kind. Now, mixing technology w/religion... Could the anti-christ be a machine? The machine could present itself as a savior, in theory. Like, solving man's problems, famine for instance. I mean, heck, maybe the anti-christ is already here. In another form of electronics, like a debit card - People, I think, do worship bar-codes, in the wealth way.

A note to everyone: please do not give a cute handle when posting questions. There seems to have been a number of these lately. If one does not wish to use their real name, then use a REAL SOUNDING name. If these handles continue, we will begin rejecting the questions. As to your fanciful eschotology -- your scenero is based upon an understanding of eschotolgy is utterly flawed and has little relationship to what the Bible teaches.
Second, I think you are watching too many futuristic-machines-take-over-the-world movie.
