The book of enoch QUESTION from Kareem Jordan on June 18, 2002 I read your post saying that the story of the 200 nephiliem was nonsense. You are mistaken in that the story is found in the book of enoch. This book was read and respected by the early saints and influenced the writings of peter and jude.

You are misquoting me. Although you have not cited the specific Q & A where I allegedly said this, I have searched the database.
What I have found is that I was asked about the theory of 200 WATCHERS who allegedly were sent to the earth to observe men.
I replied that I was NOT aware of any Scripture or any Church teaching that referred to 200 Watchers. If there is such a reference please provide the exact citations!
As for the Book of Enoch, while it did have great influence with early Church fathers, it is NOT Scripture and thus is NOT definitive or to be relied upon for the faith.
