Eucharistic Minister QUESTION from Donna Rose on January 21, 2002 As a Eucharistic Minister myself, I would like to know if there is a proper procedure to follow on who should retrieve the wine decanter from the altar to the sacristy? In our parish there are four cup ministers on each side of the altar. I have noticed many times Father has to instruct the altar servers to retrieve the wine decanter from the altar as one of the ministers forgets. Many thanks & God Bless.
