Stephanie Gray: “Abortion: From Controversy to Civility”

June 30, 2017

Abortion is the killing of an innocent human being, a baby. This cannot be objectively denied. Are we to allow, let alone support the killing of innocent babies?

Stephanie Gray, internationally renowned speaker and author, applies the Socratic method and storytelling to the debate surrounding abortion. She invites the audience to be “pro-conversation” on a topic that can be one of the most divisive, and demonstrates that it is possible to be gracious and respectful when encountering different ideas.

This talk draws on her experiences of traveling across the world and dialoguing with college students, hearing personal stories of poverty and sexual abuse, and sitting down for coffee to have friendly conversation with debate opponents; it reflects on the United Nations’ policies on human rights and examines the insights of psychiatrist and Holocaust-survivor Dr. Viktor Frankl.

Stephanie Gray is a Canadian who has spent more than 15 years giving over 800 talks and debates, as well as hundreds of media interviews, on abortion to diverse audiences in the United States, Canada, Austria, Latvia, England, Ireland, Costa Rica and Guatemala.

In university settings she has debated Dr. Fraser Fellows, a late-term abortionist, Ron Fitzsimmons, then-executive director of the National Coalition of Abortion Providers, Elizabeth Cavendish, then-legal director for NARAL Pro-Choice America, and Dr. Malcolm Potts, the first medical director for International Planned Parenthood Federation. She is author of “Love Unleashes Life: Abortion & the Art of Communicating Truth.”

Veteran’s Day: Remembering My Oath

November 11, 2016

As with my fellow Veterans, I remember my oath taken upon my enlistment. It is an Oath that I took very seriously back then, and an Oath to which, modified as now I am a civilian, I still consider binding today.

“I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; [that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservations or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office upon which I am about to enter a citizen of the United States of America; So help me God.].”

Hillsdale College, the only secular college in the United States that I recommend, as produced the following video to commemorate Veterans Day and Remembering the Oath:

Who do we Vote for?

November 8, 2016

The election of Obama, which if some 15 million Catholics had not gravely sinned, would not have been elected, either time, began a rocket train decent into the bowls of hell. The current election is the epitome and full flowering illustration of a dead society.

But, we still have a choice. If can allow Hilliary and the Democrats to gain power we lose our soul. Here is what the Democrats are. They are the party…

  • of slavery
  • of the KKK
  • that opposed Civil Rights legislation in the the 1800s and in the 1960s
  • of abortion (that especially targets blacks)
  • of euthanasia
  • of same-sex marriage
  • that has created the urban plantation for blacks and continues to support that
  • that wholesale lies, cheats, and steals elections
  • that has no respect or loyalty to the Constitution
  • that circumvents the Constitution at every whim
  • that is in favor of lowering the age of consent to 14 (which means sex with 14 year olds would be legal)
  • that wants to get parents out of the way so that the State can indoctrinate our children
  • the party who has attacked the Catholic Church and seeks to force the Church to violate her own teachings
  • and much more.

See the documentary, Hilliary’s America: The Secret History of the Democratic Party (Buy the DVD):

Or, we can vote against all that in an effective way, which means voting for Trump.

Hilliary supports nearly every objective evil there is. Trump, may be a loud mouth, but his policies are not objectively evil. If people would listen to Trump when he is not in combat mode on the campaign trail, he is as reasonable and measured as any one else. His policies are consistent with the conservatives, he has pledged to support the Catholic Church, and his policies are not objective evil.

We will all stand before God to account based on who we vote for today.
