Contact Privately The Fruits of the Cross November 4th, 2009 Listen Now
Suffering is a glorious opportunity for grace. If we join our suffering with Christ, suffering becomes redemptive not only for us, but for the whole world. We become active participants in the Lord’s work of salvation and by sanctifying our suffering win for ourselves the glory of Heaven. The Lord Never Withholds His Grace November 16th, 2009 Listen Now
It is in times of obscurity and trail that we need to pray more earnestly. We need to ask with boldness like the blind beggar, Lord that I may see , and our Lord will open your eyes to enjoy the brightness He grants you. Temptation and Evil October 14th, 2009 Listen Now
Jesus Christ allowed himself to be tempted. We too suffer temptations and trials which are actually opportunities to prove our love for God. God promises that no temptation will come to us that we cannot handle, for He always provides a way to escape. In this fashion we certainly need not fall into temptation and avoid the devil by God’s grace. Posted in Ordinary Time, Perseverence, Prayer, Spiritual Life | Tags: Our Father | No Comments

The Living Bread August 9th, 2009 Listen Now
When Elijah was tired, alone, and depressed from the persecution of Jezabel and wanted to die, God wouldn’t let him. Instead, God gave him bread to continue his journey to the holy mountain. We, too, are given the Bread, the Most Holy Eucharist, that can sustain us in our journey through this life even in times of tribulation, depression, and fatigue. Let us not fail to receive our Lord in the Eucharist as often as possible that we may finish the journey to sanctity. Posted in Ordinary Time, Perseverence, The Eucharist | Tags: | No Comments
Love and the Cross August 7th, 2009 Listen Now
Jesus says we must deny ourselves and pick up our cross. We must give all to Christ, resign and abandon ourselves to Him. In doing so, we truly can become all we can be. Posted in Abandonment, Faith, Ordinary Time, Perseverence | Tags: | No Comments
The Virtue of Humility August 5th, 2009 Listen Now The Canaanite woman in today’s Gospel persisted and humbled herself before our Lord and our Lord granted her request. We can learn from this story. We, too, need to persist in our faith and to do so with profound humility. When we do we too can hear what the Canaanite women heard Jesus say, Great is your faith? Let it be done as you wish. Christian Optimism August 3rd, 2009 Listen Now
Christians are optimist — even in the midst of trials and tribulations. God promises that something good will come out of any tragedy, trial, or tribulation. He can bring goodness even out of the midst of evil. This meditation explores the story of the miracle of the loaves in Matthew 14 and explains how we can be optimists.
